Having 1.90 lacs sq. feet area and 50,000 sq. feet processing area, we have industriously developed easy accessible arrangement that can coordinate straightforward and effortlessly. A 10 story building provides broad area to steps forward to proper planned management.
We are equipped with sophisticated technology. We have adopted unique process technology and its correlated instruments for specific process of hydrolysis, extraction and crystallization. A dimple jacketed reactor made up from 280 Mt iron and 50 Mt steel SS-316 is used for the process. The reactor possesses capacity of 20,000 liters a day. Moreover, we possess well equipped lab having different instruments like membrane filter, multi stage cum blending spray dryer, latest agglomeration system, fluid bed dryer, 72 ton chiller, dehumidifier and many more inline equipment.
Reactors are provided with specific system for hydrolysis and extraction. Spray dryers are equipped with fully controlled PLC based control. Plant is facilitating with finger touch control with PLC system. Total automation of the system ensures elimination of any kind of contamination. Complete process remains untouched by hands that lead unadulterated output that is pure extracts. Clever execution of our maintenance team guide an arrangement to carried out periodic checking of whole plant and all machines.
Implementation of new technology has made us able to offer great consistency and potency of the extracts. Apart from the products made by simple techniques that contains varied concentration ratio, our product contains even, appropriate concentration. Even concentration output made so easy calculation of formula for the perfect clinical dose. We own the capacity to produce 2500 kg/day with 300 different kinds of extracts.
